1. Seller information

PopMods is an independent aftermarket accessories project.

PopMods is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Swatch Group Ltd. or Audemars Piguet. "Royal Pop", "Swatch" and "Audemars Piguet" are trademarks of their respective owners, referenced solely to indicate product compatibility.

2. Products

• PopMods kits are aftermarket accessories compatible with the 40 mm bioceramic Royal Pop and its official Swatch × Audemars Piguet colourways.
• Compatibility is guaranteed exclusively with the 40mm bioceramic version. PopMods accepts no responsibility for use on other models.
• Product photographs are for illustrative purposes. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on the monitor or device used.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are quoted in EUR, inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is processed via Stripe (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal).
• PopMods does not store or have access to payment data. All processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc., PCI DSS certified.
• The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment confirmation from Stripe.

4. Shipping

• Orders dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Italy: 2–4 business days.
• Europe: 4–7 business days.
• Outside the EU: 10–20 business days. Any customs duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
• Every shipment includes a tracking code.

5. Right of withdrawal (Art. 52 Consumer Code)

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

• To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a written notice to hello@royalpop.store before the deadline.
• The product must be returned in its original condition, intact and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.
• The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return, via the same payment method used.

6. Legal guarantee of conformity (Arts. 128–135 Consumer Code)

PopMods products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery, as required by the Italian Consumer Code.

To activate the guarantee, contact hello@royalpop.store with a description of the defect and proof of purchase.

7. PopMods commercial warranty

In addition to the legal guarantee, PopMods offers a 12-month commercial warranty covering manufacturing defects (cracks, delamination, finish defects) occurring under normal use conditions.

• Excluded: damage from drops, impacts, prolonged water immersion, misuse, or unauthorised modifications.

8. Limitation of liability

PopMods shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the products. PopMods' maximum liability is in any case limited to the value of the order placed by the buyer.

9. Intellectual property

"Royal Pop", "Swatch" and "Audemars Piguet" are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Their use on this site is solely descriptive and intended to indicate the compatibility of PopMods products.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, jurisdiction lies with the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile. For disputes between businesses, the competent court is Milan.

11. Alternative dispute resolution (ODR)

Pursuant to EU Regulation 524/2013, EU consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform:

12. Updates to these Terms

PopMods reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication and apply to orders placed thereafter.
